About the Earrings

Each pair is handmade. Because of this, there may be slight imperfections or small "quirks" about the clay. For example, small air bubbles can become trapped in the clay. I use techniques to minimize these occurrences, but because the earrings are handmade, it is impossible for them to be completely blemish free. Keep in mind, you are getting the exact pair of earrings that you see in the picture. I do not make large batch orders of any one pair, therefore the item(s) you buy are truly one-of-a kind. I hold my work to high standards and use my personal discretion to determine a quality product. I will never send out a pair with large imperfections. It is my hope that because you are buying handmade, it means you appreciate the art and "quirks" that come along with the nature of these products.

Shipping

1. Please allow 1-3 days for shipment. *Disclaimer* Since this is my hobby, there may be times I am unable to achieve that shipping speed due to: travel, work load, or family circumstances. I appreciate ahead of time for your patience.
   
2. The packages ship via first class with USPS and will take approximately 1-3 business days, according to the United States Post Office website.
   
3. Therefore, total estimated time from purchase to delivery of items is 2-6 business days.

Quality

1. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me using the Contact form on the bottom right of this website.
   
2. Typical metal hardware utilized in Whim & Form earrings, though nickel free, may cause irritation to some persons who have sensitive skin. This typical hardware includes earring studs, backings, and jump rings. Custom order earrings which utilize surgical steel or other hypoallergenic materials may be ordered upon request.  Please use the Contact form on the bottom right of this website to do so.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns of damaged earrings are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are determined "damaged" on a case by case basis. In the unfortunate event of damage to your earrings, I can offer a refund or exchange. Since each pair of earrings are unique, I cannot guarantee a replacement since it may be impossible to recreate. However, if it is in my power to duplicate I will inform you (: 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, exchanges may be made within 3 days of receiving your order. After we receive your order, store credit will be awarded so that you can pick out your new pair at your leisure.
